Piero Amico , originally from Villa Castelli in Apulia, is the head chef and owner of family-run Piero’s restaurant in the picturesque Village of Ingatestone, Essex .
Thanks to his many years experience as a chef, Piero ensures excellent standards and quality of food. He sources all his fruit and vegetables himself from New Covent Garden and New Spitalfields .
Much of his produce, including flour, Italian meats and cheese comes from many different regions in Italy, allowing him to source the best possible merchandise.
Chef Amico will be performing with a cooking show in Welcome Italia’s Cookery Theatre bringin his recipes to the Royal Horticultural Halls!
