Vincenzo’s mission in Saudi Arabia is to bring to the attention the true Italian cuisine, made not only of typical recipes and quality of products but also of culture and history of our country.

At the beginning of his Saudi experience, at Il Villaggio Restaurants and Lounges he created the event “Mediterraneans – A journey through the Italian food history” with the aim of making known the excellence of Italian Cuisine to a referenced Saudi public, composed of Governmental, Regional and City Authorities, members of the Diplomatic Service accredited in Saudi Arabia, food and beverage entrepreneurs and distributors, journalists, hotel managers, chefs and particularly demanding and attentive consumers.

Later he worked to develop the Food Sector of an important local company already known and appreciated for the great Italian High Fashion Brands.

With Prestige Restaurants and Cafe I developed the Fratelli la Bufala format, thus bringing to the territory the true and traditional Neapolitan pizza and cuisine.

The difficulty of finding locally the quality and type of products that he was looking for, forced him to contact several Italian companies and to start direct import practices.

He also created the La Dolce Vita concept, a typical Italian bar, which over the course of the one year has requested an increase in space and demand requirements, so was revisited and transformed into a kiosk, thus increasing both the capacity of places to sit that the menu’s offer.

Vincenzo is Currently involved in a new 360 degrees project aimed to promote Italian food in Saudi Arabia.
