Agriblea firm is situated in the so-called Val di Noto, in Ispica.
Agriblea firm was born thanks to the love for the country and the stubbornness belonged by its owner, Giorgio Agosta.
His dream is to bring the genuine and traditional Sicilian taste on the tables of all over the world through a niche product: the “Ciappa ri pummaroru”.
He succeeds in fulfilling his aim thanks to the love and the support his family always gives him, together with the precise and accurate contribution of his working team.
Agriblea produce the “Ciappa ri pummaroru” (dried tomatoes), that is to say a sun dried half oval or round or cherry tomato.
The strength of the firm relies on the process it follows while producing a niche item: the particularly helping conditions of the climate and the environment as well, which are typical of the south-east part of Sicily, together with the use of organic farming procedures exalt the own organoleptic properties of the product itself..
Passion, commitment and respect for the Sicilian traditional country habits represent a further ingredient which gives an added value and lets the dried tomatoes produced by Agriblea become really excellent typical products of Sicily.
