Pasticceria La Ruota (Stand B2)
La Ruota was founded in 1975 along with experience and capability of generations of pastry bakers. After years of sacrifices and hard work, the bakery opened several local shops in Salerno area. The bakery has equipped their laboratory exclusively dedicated to panettone, pandoro and colombe in order to increase the production and maintain the high quality of the product which is sold in Italy and in EU and extra EU countries.
These Christmas and Easter products are exported to various European countries 365 days a year and it wouldn’t be surprising if you sit down and eat an artisan panettone ‘‘La Ruota’’ even when you are abroad.
We were born in the heart of the Cilento National Park, the land of the Mediterranean diet, one of the healthiest and most important diets in the world. The most famous Cilento products are white figs and olive oil: our panettone, with Cilento olive oil, white figs and walnuts from Sorrento, is the biggest expression and representation of the authenticity of our products.
