Pastificio Zaffiri (Stand B15)
Pastificio Zaffiri produces durum wheat pasta, whole-wheat pasta and pasta with egg. Since 1889, year of the foundation has been under the management of the Zaffiri family that now is at its 4th generation. The quality pasta it offers comes from a slow process at low temperature, thus ensuring the pasta flavor, wheat scent and digestibility. The organic line is made with 100% Italian organic durum wheat with recyclable paper packaging. It is the only pasta line that offers all the pluses making the Pastificio a true pasta innovator, awarded in several exhibition. It is best-known as a quality pasta maker and accepts private label option.
